HORMONAL & WOMEN’S HEALTH
The Hormonal Health Within
Make sense of hormonal wellbeing and find practical ways to care for yourself through adult life.

Who it’s for
Adult women wanting a clearer picture of hormonal wellbeing, rather than condition-specific or personalised clinical advice.
A little more understanding. Space for you.
When information about hormones feels confusing or contradictory, it can be hard to know where to begin. This experience offers an approachable foundation, with room to reflect on your wellbeing and recognise when you need professional support.
What to expect
- Short self-paced lessons on hormonal wellbeing and variation across adult life
- Downloadable reflection resources
- Exploration of the relationships between sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and wellbeing
- Tools for considering health information and preparing questions
- A standalone three-hour workshop option for six to ten women, including a workbook, refreshments, a break, optional discussion and a personal wellbeing action plan
Find your way to take part.
Choose the £79 self-paced online course for a broader foundation in hormonal wellbeing, including sleep, stress, general nutrition, movement and practical reflection. Alternatively, join a standalone three-hour in-person workshop at £59 per person, with six to ten women. A workbook, refreshments, a break, optional discussion, time for questions and a personal wellbeing action plan are included. There is no pressure to share personal health details. The two formats are independently bookable. Dates, venue and full online course details will be shared before booking. This offer is distinct from Heard & Held: general private 1:1 coaching is not part of this package.
Support with a clear purpose.
General wellbeing information, not hormone testing, test interpretation, diagnosis or treatment. No promises to “balance” hormones or resolve symptoms.
