Find your way to take part.
A private 2½-hour session is £130, held at my home or yours within the local area. Any additional travel cost is agreed before booking. There is no requirement to buy a package. Follow-up appointments can be chosen individually; details of optional discounted follow-up blocks will be shared before booking. An optional peer-support circle is also being explored, separately from the 1:1 offer.
Support with a clear purpose.
Non-clinical wellbeing support, not counselling, medical diagnosis, symptom treatment, test interpretation or specialist clinical advice. It works alongside appropriate healthcare, not in place of it.
